Called and spoke to Mr. Terwan to reserve a limousine for Prom. He walked me through the process to reserve a limousine. Before the schedule date I was provided the name of the driver and his number. The driver was prompt, drove safe and got us everywhere we needed to be. He even adjusted to changes in our itinerary on the fly. We were picked up in Harker Heights, driven to breakfast in Austin (Josephine House ), then to the Escape Game , then to lunch and Mia Italian Tapas Bar , then to get 10 year anniversary tattoos at Empire Ink and then onto dinner at Dean's Italian Kitchen and then home . Limo was clean, stocked with ice and drinks and the driver was well groomed, well dressed and courteous. To boot, it's a veteran owned business. Stellar service from a stellar company. We'll be booking again for future services for sure.

My grandmother was getting discharged from the hospital in TX, because of circumstances out of our control I wasn't able to be there to take her home myself. My heart was broken. From Florida I arranged her a ride home w Ambiance, they were nothing but AMAZING from the very first conversation. I asked if her driver (Lee) would mind stopping for flowers on the way, he wasn't even going to let me pay him to do so. As soon as my grandmother got in the car (a brand new Yukon, no less!)
